Heather Clouds

This is an orginal artwork, it is created with inks on canvas, printed and painted on.  The inks penetrate the canvas and even appear on the reverse.  This piece is inspired by the wild moorland of the area of outstanding natural beauty that are the Quantock Hills in Somerset, UK.  The heather and the gorse create a colour explosion of yellow and purple.  The hills even resonate a purple colour at certian times of the year.  Among the gorse and heather wild deer, sheep and ponies roam making this a truly magial and majestic place to paint. The painting is delivered already stretched and measures 50cm x 60cm.  It is framed. It is signed.
